Job Description
- Planning of Marketing strategies for product of the company.
- Carry out marketing & sales company's products.
- Provide advice to customers on selection of products.
- Preparation of quotation, follow up with customers to secure the orders, maintain strong link with potential and existing customers.
- Initiate new sales opportunity, identify customer needs & provide solutions to new / existing and potential customers.
- Control all debts with collection within agreed with terms payment given.
- To assist marketing division to serve new enquires and new business development.
- Understand all customers requirement and correctly pass all information to relevant department, person in charge & also to develop the business together with related persons.
- To prepare sales report (monthly), market survey/analysis report (according to superior request date).
- Actively study the technical details for our products to be more proactive.
- Any other duties as and when assigned by superior from time to time.
- To represent company to attend events like exhibitions/trade fairs.
- Company provides travelling allowance, car allowance, medical claim, uniform, company insurance, company loan, yearly bonus & increment.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Management / Sales and Marketing/Chemical Engineer or equivalent.
- Required skills : Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power point, Microsoft Word.
- Possess own vehicle and willing to travel outstation.
- Required languages : English & Mandarin.
- Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires to deal with Mandarin speaking clients from China/Hong Kong.
- Able to work independently, self-motivated, dynamic, hardworking and team work.
- At least 1 years of working experience in the manufacturing industry is required for this position.
- Preferably Junior Executive specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
