Job Description
- Handle purchase requisitions and issue purchase orders
- Apply, renew and monitor sales tax & duty exemption
- Negotiate with suppliers on pricing and terms
- Prepare invoice summary for accounts submission
- Source new suppliers to improve cost, quality, and service
- Involved in ISO9001 / IATF16949 purchasing-related activities
- Perform other duties assigned by superior from time to time
Requirements
- Experience: 3 – 5 years in related field
- Education: Candidate must possess at least a SPM/ Higher Secondary/STPM/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Diploma and equivalent.
- Language: Proficient in English/Mandarin/Cantonese (spoken & written) as candidate needs to deal with client from China/Hong Kong
- Good communication & time management skills
- Able to work independently and handle multi-tasks
- Must have own transport
