Material Versatility in Automotive

To support the evolving needs of modern vehicle design and manufacturing, WTEC supplies a wide array of foam and supporting materials:

WTEC provide Flexible PU Foam for comfort and structural definition, while Rebond Foam is leveraged for high-resilience areas like seat bases and vibration zones. Reticulated Foam supports ventilation and fluid filtration, ideal for HVAC components.

Graphite Foam and Melamine Foam offer lightweight fire-retardant and acoustic insulation properties, while PE Foam and EVA Foam are used in sealing, shock protection, and aesthetic enhancements. For weatherproof sealing and gasket formations, EPDM Foam is widely used across doors and hoods. CR Foam and NBR Foam provide excellent resistance to oils and automotive fluids, ensuring long-term durability in high-stress areas.

Non-Woven Materials, Double-Sided Tapes (DST), and Felt complete our offering by supporting noise damping, component fixation, and surface finishing.

Custom material grades, thicknesses, and laminations are available to meet OEM specifications and global automotive standards such as FMVSS, ISO, and etc.
