We refer to the announcement on 20 June 2025. Unless otherwise stated, terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as set out in the earlier announcement. The Board of Directors of WTEC Group wishes to announce that WTEC had on 29 August 2025 issued Notice of Termination of the Letter of Intent to One Lunar for the Proposed Acquisition. The termination was made on the basis that the Pre-Conditions of the Letter of Intent were not fulfilled. The Earnest Deposit paid by the WTEC will be refunded accordingly. Following the refund, the Letter of Intent shall be deemed null, void and has no further effect.
