Pursuant to Rule 10.09(1)(b) of the ACE Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”), the Board of Directors of WTEC Group wishes to announce that WTEC Sdn. Bhd., the wholly-owned subsidiary of WTEC Group, had entered into RRPTs with Wansern Foam Industry Sdn. Bhd., a company connected with the Director/Major Shareholders of WTEC Group, and the aggregate value transacted of the RRPTs for the period from the date of admission to the Official List of Bursa Securities and listing of WTEC Group on 29 April 2025 (“Listing Date”) to 7 May 2025 has exceeded the percentage ratio of 1% of WTEC Group and its subsidiaries’ (collectively, the “Group“) net assets of the Pro Forma Combined Statements of Financial Position as disclosed in the Prospectus pursuant to the initial public offering of WTEC Group.
