The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Company will be seeking shareholders’ approval for the Proposed New Shareholders’ Mandate for Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue and/or Trading Nature at its forthcoming Extraordinary General Meeting to be held on a date to be announced.
A Circular/Statement to Shareholders containing the details of the abovementioned proposal will be submitted to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad and will be issued to the shareholders of the Company in due course.
