INITIAL PUBLIC OFFERING IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE LISTING OF WTEC GROUP ON THE ACE MARKET OF BURSA MALAYSIA SECURITIES BERHAD ("IPO")

On behalf of the Board of Directors of WTEC Group, Alliance Islamic Bank Berhad is pleased to announce the following in relation to the IPO:

(i)       level of subscription of public balloting and placement;

(ii)      basis of allotment/allocation;

(iii)     distribution for the placement tranche; and

(iv)     disclosure of placees who become substantial shareholder of WTEC Group arising from the IPO, if any.
